Umoja Learning Circle is An Afrikan, family-centred educational institution guided by a philosophy which seeks to develop excellence interdependence and independence. We are a 7-year-old independent non-profit elementary school registered with the Ministry of Schools and Training Private Schools Division. We are dedicated to improve academic and social skills using a variety of educational programs, teaching methods and teaching skills. We provide these programs in an environment that is conducive to learning, one that is cooperative, friendly, loving and accommodating.

Umoja Learning Circle is committed to the spiritual, mental, and physical development of our children. Instilling in children the importance of practicing, truth, justice, propriety, harmony and balance. These will naturally lead to excellence in reading, writing, speaking and critical thinking. We provide an opportunity for our community to begin developing a clear vision that removes the cloud of ignorance which separates Afrikan people from each other around the world.

We cultivate within each child the strength and courage to assume their roles as future positive fathers and mothers of the earth as well as the wisdom to live according to truth and justice, producing independent critical thinking children who will act in the best interests of the community.
